Why We're Running

We're a group of Orange County Republicans who believe the OCGOP Central Committee should answer to its own members, not to a handful of insiders and donor networks that have run the party for decades.

Central Committee is the most local, most accessible level of Republican politics in this country — and one of the most overlooked. We think that's a mistake. Decisions made there shape who the party recruits, funds, and endorses for years to come.

So four of us decided to run together, as a slate, in Assembly District 72. We're not doing this for attention or a title — it's unpaid, time-consuming, and it means going up against people who'd rather things stay exactly as they are. We're doing it because we think the party can be more transparent, more accountable, and more responsive to the Republicans it's supposed to represent.
